Despite recent attacks on its theory and implementation, DEI provides organizations with many benefits, including better financial results, access to talent, innovation, and improved problem-solving.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives have been taking a beating lately. On his first day in office, US President Donald Trump issued an executive order calling government efforts to advance racial equity and to support underserved communities “illegal and immoral discrimination.” The order directed all federal agencies to terminate all equity-related contracts and stop promoting DEI.

Lawsuits followed. It’s the battle of the sexes and a race war all over again.
